Professional Photography & Floorplan
We will co-ordinate our professional photographer to visit your property, at a time suitable for you, to take a wide selection of internal and external photographs and measure for the floorplan. By having our photographer take a wide selection of images, we are able to choose the ones which show of your property to its best advantage. We often accompany the photographer to advise and assist in the presentation of the property.
Prior to having the photographs taken, if requested, we are available to come and visit your property to advise you on how best to present your property for the photographs.
We can arrange for ‘staging’ of the property, if required, through our trusted and reliable contacts. (Contractors fees may apply).
Your property will be presented in its best possible light online. A full colour PDF brochure will be created with a full description of the property, a selection of the best images of your property along with the floorplan and Energy Performance Certificate. The brochure is easily accessible online for applicants to email, download, share or save.
Your property will be matched out by the traditional method of a phone call along with sending an email property alert about your property to our large database of applicants who are registered with requirements matching your property.
Your property will be featured on our successful, high traffic website hgproperty.co.uk along with our associated websites including batterseareachsales.co.uk, bridgeswharfsales.co.uk.
In addition your property will be advertised on the top property portals including rightmove.co.uk (the largest property website in the UK), as well as zoopla.co.uk, primelocation.com, telegraph.co.uk, homes24.co.uk and every other major property portal.
All enquiries and leads generated from these property portals come directly to our office and are dealt with by H&G personally.
Your property will be sent to our comprehensive list of relocation agent contacts, who may just be looking for a property like yours for their clients!
To Let Boards
Where possible and where permitted, we will display a To Let board at your property, unless otherwise instructed.
To Let Cards
As part of our company marketing we feature our properties in ‘To Let’ cards which are distributed to other properties within the development. This advertises to potential tenants, your neighbours (and their personal contacts via word of mouth) about your properties availability.
Should you wish to offer your property to the market, without a full marketing campaign then we are able to assist in the ‘discreet marketing’ of your property.
We always have a large applicant database and can often secure viewings and lets from this asset of prospective tenants whom we are fully briefed with their search criteria.
We accompany each applicant for every viewing at your property. We will follow your instructions if you have any special requirements/time restrictions for showing your property. Each applicant will have an individual viewing appointment, we never ‘double up’ with viewings.
We often choose to launch a property to the market via an Open House event. The event will be catered for and manned by H&G staff. We invite registered applicants and relocation agents to attend. All applicants who attend the open house event are known to us and are fully registered.
You will received honest, useful and proactive feedback after each viewing. We aim to be as honest as possible with feedback from our applicants.
