A fast moving market means you’ll require accurate information as to the best way to let your property swiftly while maximising the return on your investment. We can offer advice on how to present your property; we’ll prepare all the necessary documentation insuring all the legal requirements are met prior to the tenancy commencing. These include the gas safety record, energy performance certificate (EPC)and an electrical inspection report if deemed necessary.

  • Inventories: We can arrange for a professional independent inventory to be carried out, along with a check-in report and a check-out report at the end of the tenancy.  We use an independent inventory company to help avoid disputes at the end of a tenancy. The inventory report will record the condition of the property and its contents at the start of the tenancy and and end of the tenancy it will highlight any damages and dilapidation’s and helps to assess between acceptable ‘wear and tear’ and rel damage. Should there be any damage/dilapidation, tenants will be held responsible at the end of the tenancy.  Our team of cleaners are also on hand to provide anything from a light clean to a full deep cleaning service.
